  My recommendation for this firm would be to run a mile as fast as you can!. Have had two experiences with them, one when I purchased my house and second most recent when the buyers of my Late mums flat used them. A straight forward no chain, no mortgage sale and purchase has taken over 14 weeks due to the incompentency of JS Law. WHY do Banks and Estate Agents insist on recommending this firm is beyond me. Yes they are cheap, but you get what you pay for, and in JS Laws case you dont even get that, as you end up having to do a lot of the chasing around and chasing them yourself. Stressful and by no means a pleasant experience dealing with them. Any future sales or purchases if anyone says they are using JS Law then I will pull out of the chain as it is truly not worth the agro. Maybe then Mortgage Companies, Banks and Estate Agents will STOP recommending them, I am sure lost business is more important than a Finders Fee! I TRULY CANNOT STRESS HOW BAD THIS COMPANY IS
